Mr. Vipin Garg has around three decades of experience in Business Operations, Planning, Project Management, Construction, Engineering, and Maintenance of MEP services / Utilities. He holds a BE in Electrical Engineering Degree from MITS Gwalior. He has completed General Management from IIM-Ahmedabad and is a certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP).

He has been in a Leadership role for the past 15 years, spearheading in setting up of new business verticals and developing and managing profit & and loss operations for electrical projects, including the construction of four data center projects.

Before joining Electromech, he was heading the Projects Team in Greencell Mobility Pvt. Ltd. to set up PAN India infrastructure for Electric Bus Depot and Charging Station. He has been associated with organizations like SMCC Construction, Genpact, Blue Star Fleuentgrid, etc. in the past.

Mr. Ramesh Raju has more than 15 years of experience in the execution of Electrical, Mechanical, Interior works including Project Management & Electrical Allied works. Expertise in Risk Management, Cost Management, Procurement Support, Tendering Support, Project Close-out support and Guidance. Managed more than 6 million sqft Fit-out projects. Associated with Electromech Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. Since 2018, Handled projects across Software Campus Facilities, Retail, Data Centre and Interior fit-out projects.

While being associated with JLL from the year 2007 to 2017 as a Senior Manager, done Interior fit-out projects of more than 4 million sqft.

An electrical engineer who graduated in 2002 from Mumbai University and Joined Electromech Infraprojects in September 2002. He gained in depth knowledge of electrical contracting field while serving Electromech Infraprojects. He has vast experience in overseeing electrical projects of HT & LT installations of industrial and commercial nature. He has expertise in Procurement & Commercial.

He looks after projects in Mumbai & Pune.

Mr. Varghese is a seasoned MEP professional with over two decades of distinguished domestic and international experience in delivering complex EHV, HV, LV and MEP projects. As a licensed Electrical professional, his impressive tenure is marked by a proven track record of successfully executing high-value projects.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Varghese has demonstrated exceptional expertise across various sectors with a portfolio valued at over ₹700 Crores, including oil & gas, refineries, fertilizers, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, breweries, automotive, hospitals, data centers, industrial and commercial buildings.

Notably, he has successfully completed 220kV switchyard projects and over 90MW data center projects and has collaborated with esteemed organizations such as Sterling, Siemens, Konstelec and GMP Technical. His profound technical and management knowledge in EHV, HV, LV, and MEP projects has earned him a reputation as a leading expert in his field.

Mr. Richard has more than 30 years of experience in the contracting industry. He has worked across multiple fitout and data center projects across India. His deep subject matter expertise, eye for quality and coordination with multiple agencies on projects has earned him respect with many clients in the industry.

Richard manages very key critical projects for Electromech in Mumbai and Pune.

Mr. Sharath has rich project management and Execution experience in Electrical and MEP Projects (End-to-End) with 16+years of working experience in Corporate Interior Fit-Out, Trunkey, Data Centre, Industrial, and Warehouse projects expertise in Project management, Cost Management, Risk Management, Design Management, Procurement and Commercials.

As a seasoned professional with over 13 years of dedicated experience in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) contracting industry, Lijo Joy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the forefront, leading our Mechanical Segment.

Over the course of his career, he has led multiple projects with successful completion of the entire scope of MEP works for Ctrls Datacenters at their Navi Mumbai Campus, for Adani Connex at their Chennai Campus, for Sify Technologies at their Noida Campus.

Lijo’s portfolio also extends to briefly leading the Electrical Package of UGC-06 Underground Mumbai Metro Line-3 for Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co.Ltd, successfully completed the FFS package at IKEA (Navi Mumbai) complying with NFPA norms, HVAC, FFS, and PHE works at Reliance Twin Towers (Navi Mumbai), HVAC and FFS works at Godrej Process Equipment Plant at Dahej, MEP works at Godrej Cartini plant, Vadodara, Electrical Works at Inorbit Mall, Vadodara

She has been in the leadership role for the last 7 years spearheading the HR Department, having strong abilities in Talent Acquisition, Implementing systems & processes, On boarding process, framing the
Performance Management Systems, creating the Learning & development platforms, Compensation & benefits, handling employee grievance, employee retention & employee engagement with a strong focus on aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Before Joining EIPL she was associated with premium Educational Institutions in Hyderabad & Kolkata. In EIPL she is spearheading the HR department and contributed in the setting up the same.
