This was a really prestigious opportunity to work for Poonawalla Finance’s office in Pune. The brilliantly designed workspace by Moco had all the aspects that modern office can desire – collaborative areas, high ceiling receptions, lighting automation, and state of the art programmable blinds for all facade areas. This was 90000 Sq. ft project in Pune with Scope for Electrical Works & Atomized Blind & Light System with Working Height for 15000 Sq. ft was 10 meters.
This is a state-of-the-art 700 seater facility set up by Barclays with a design intended to pilot for their upcoming 1+ million sqft announced to be built in Pune. Gensler was the architect and the design included lighting automation, seating management, and multiple state-of-the-art IoT systems used in modern workspaces.
Dhirubhai Ambani International Convention and Exhibition Center (DAICEC), mixed-use development of G+18 floors is located in the heart of Mumbai. Covering 75,000 m2 of land with 788,340 m2 of useable floor space, the iconic development boasts of housing various facilities including a convention and banqueting facility; exhibition halls; a performance arts center with a seating capacity of 2,000 people; premium service apartments; as well as prime retail and high-end commercial spaces. Electromech was appointed with JR Clancy, an American stage engineering company to install all theatre equipment such as Stage lifts, Media Pits, Hoists, Curtains Hoists, etc. in the main theatre as well as 125 and 250 seat theatres. Electromech also worked with LSI, a UK-based stage lighting company to perform the installation of all stage lighting, wiring, console installation, and automation equipment. This project is surely a feather in our cap.
