This is a state-of-the-art 700 seater facility set up by Barclays with a design intended to pilot for their upcoming 1+ million sqft announced to be built in Pune. Gensler was the architect and the design included lighting automation, seating management, and multiple state-of-the-art IoT systems used in modern workspaces.

Redhat has been our longstanding client over the last decade. We have worked across their multiple facilities in Pune – both new interior fit-outs and up-gradation. Extensive expansion of their critical rooms, UPS rooms, etc have been the highlight of our association with this client.

This project was executed in the midst of the Covid-19 lockdown and our teams have overcome all challenges to ensure that the final product showcases very high levels of quality. The open ceiling concept epitomises the flavour of modern contemporary workspace. The 1.5 lac sqft. The area was designed by DSP Design Architects and CBRE was the PMC. 

Executing this 1 lac sqft facility for Kotak required our best teams to work on this project with high levels of quality and workmanship to achieve the aggressive handover timelines.

This digital hub was designed and built by Concept Consilio Architects with the latest technologies such as tuneable and dali lighting. harmonic power factor correction, etc. This elite workspace sprawls across 1.5 lac sqft.
