Iti Tiwari – Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Iti Tiwari is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and was appointed with effect from July 30, 2026. She is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com.) and a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.). With over 14 years of professional experience, she brings extensive expertise in corporate secretarial, legal, corporate governance and regulatory matters. She has also gained valuable exposure to capital markets and IPO-related matters, including experience in an Initial Public Offering in 2014, strengthening her understanding of listing, securities and disclosure requirements.

Prior to joining the Company, Iti was associated with ICICI Bank as Manager – Band II, where she handled corporate secretarial, governance and regulatory matters. She has also worked with Protean eGov Technologies Limited (formerly NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited) as Senior Manager, gaining significant experience in governance, regulatory compliance and corporate matters. In her present role, she oversees the Company’s secretarial, corporate governance and compliance functions and plays a key role in ensuring adherence to the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations and other applicable laws, while supporting the Company’s governance framework and capital-market initiatives.
